A certificate is one continuous video. You decide what has to be seen in it: record the IMEI, then the front, then the back, then the battery health screen, the charging port, a scratch you want on record, what is in the box.
When your buyer certifies a return, our app walks them through your list, step by step, in one take. Watchtower checks the video is real; you check it shows what you asked for before you accept the phone back.
When you certify a phone yourself, you pick the screenshots from your video that go on the certificate, so buyers see the details that matter at a glance.

You set what the video must show. Watchtower checks it was really filmed, live, on that phone.
The IMEI, the front and the back are always in. Add every step the video has to show.
You record it before a sale, or send your buyer a link and they record it before a return. The app walks through your steps in one take, films live and signs the video; nothing can come from a camera roll.
Watchtower checks the signatures and that the video is a real, unedited capture of a real phone. On your own certificates, pick the screenshots that go on it. Then it joins the phone’s page in your dashboard, private by default. Each certificate has its own link: send it to your buyer with the phone’s password and they see that certificate as recorded. Certify the phone again later and the new certificate sits on the same page.
Before you sell
Not a stock picture: a real video of the phone, checked by Watchtower, with the screenshots you choose, showing how it looked on the day it was certified. Send buyers a certificate’s link and the password, or make one you recorded public for your listing.
When it comes back
“It arrived broken.” Choose what your buyer must show in the video, send them the link, and compare their certificate with yours side by side before you accept the return.
